Key Responsibilities:

• Service customers daily via phone and email

• Process orders, inquiries, and quotations efficiently

• Confirm stock availability and offer alternatives

• Conduct follow-up calls on quotations

• Make at least four outbound calls daily

Requirements:

• Minimum two years in inside sales or customer service

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities

• AS400 experience is an asset

• Solid product knowledge in the electrical industry
