Bring your sales expertise to Rexel Canada as an Inside Sales Representative in Abbotsford, BC. Provide top-notch service to customers through efficient order processing and effective communication.

In this position, you will play a pivotal role at Rexel, a leader in electrical distribution. You'll require a minimum of two years' experience in sales or customer service to excel. Your daily tasks will involve direct customer engagement, order management, and ensuring high service quality. Additionally, you will handle stock inquiries and proactively reach out to customers for follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve customers directly via phone and email

• Process daily orders and inquiries promptly

• Confirm stock levels and recommend alternatives

• Execute follow-up calls on all quotations

• Make four outbound calls each day for new business

Requirements:

• At least two years of inside sales or customer service experience

• Proven effective communication skills for relationship-building

• Strong multitasking and time management proficiency

• AS400 experience considered an advantage

• Must possess electrical product knowledge
