As part of the Sales team, your detail-oriented nature will ensure the seamless transition of projects from design inquiries to final installations. You will support both external clients and internal influencers, enhancing Longboard’s reputation with proactive, clear communication aligned with Radical Client Care principles. This role is critical for maintaining the high standards expected by our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee sales leads from initial inquiry to completion
• Deliver tailored estimates and detailed project quotes
• Coordinate feedback for shop drawings with design teams
• Ensure all project milestones are tracked and communicated
• Foster strong client relationships throughout the engagement
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in sales or project support
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Strong client communication and service mindset
• Comfortable using CRM and Microsoft Office programs
• Understanding of project workflows in the architectural sector
