In this role, you'll play a key part in scheduling appointments through outbound and inbound interactions. You will need a solid background in inside sales, especially within the HVAC industry, as you'll convert leads into valuable consultations. Your ability to track customer interactions via CRM software and provide exceptional service is essential to meet your monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
• Respond to inbound calls and web inquiries
• Record interactions in CRM systems
• Follow up to confirm appointments
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams
Requirements:
• 3 years of HVAC or inside sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated to achieve sales targets
