Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain crops and greenhouses

• Guide growing shoots into optimal positions

• Level earth to meet fine grade specifications

• Tie and secure plants for support

• Weeding and applying fertilizers

Requirements:

• Permanent or temporary resident authorized to work in Canada

• Willingness to work in physically demanding conditions

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Efficient interpersonal skills

• Capable of handling up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
