Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of the poultry barn

• Safely move and manage poultry stock

• Execute thorough cleaning of all barn environments

• Ensure compliance with safety and bio-security standards

• Operate farm equipment as needed

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of farming experience

• Effective English communication skills

• Availability for night shifts and weekends

• Must be able to perform heavy lifting

• Legal working status in Canada essential
