Position: Abbotsford Maintenance Technician Part Time Role
Become a part of West Urban’s community-building efforts as a Part Time Maintenance Technician in Abbotsford, BC. This role combines essential maintenance tasks with a focus on personal growth.

You will be involved for about 8–12 hours per week, helping maintain our residential buildings. Responsibilities include performing repairs, maintaining exteriors, and addressing plumbing and heating issues. Your positive attitude and proactive approach are key to thriving in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage painting, drywall, and taping tasks efficiently

• Detect and address operational faults and deficiencies

• Conduct basic exterior maintenance to enhance building appearance

• Execute repairs on various fixtures and appliances

• Diagnose plumbing, heating, and electrical problems

Requirements:

• 2 years' experience in property management or related industry

• Ability to engage in physical work like lifting and climbing

• Self-driven with a focus on results and solutions

• Strong creative problem-solving skills
