Landscape construction, skilled Installer​/Lead hand

West Coast Pro Landscaping Ltd is looking for energetic experienced Hardscape Installers/ Lead hands that are willing to learn and grow with our team.

• Experience installing retaining walls and interlocking pavers is a must.
• Experience operating machinery (Excavators, Skid Steers, etc.) is an asset.
• Drivers license and reliable vehicle needed.
• Must be able to work unsupervised for periods of time throughout the day.
• Pay: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience.
• If you do not have experience installing paving stones and retaining walls, apply for our labourer position.

• Experience installing retaining walls and interlocking pavers is a must.
• Experience operating machinery (Excavators and skid steers).
• Drivers license and reliable vehicle needed.
• Must be able to work unsupervised for part of the day, understand workflow operations and efficiently complete tasks on time.
• Responsible for teaching laborers and managing the job site if/when the foreman is off site.
• Expected to advance to leading a crew of 2–3 teammates in the near future.
• Pay: $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Types: Full‑time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00–$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
