We’re looking for a motivated Tower Crane Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll work hands‑on to erect, service, and repair tower and self‑erecting cranes. You’ll play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and high‑quality service to our customers.

  Full-time, Monday–Friday (8-hour day shifts)

  Based on experience
• Overtime:
  As required based on project demands
• Union:
  Local 115 membership required (Collective Agreement applies)

• Assist with erecting, dismantling, servicing, and repairing cranes
• Complete service reports and documentation
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
• Support shop and yard organization and housekeeping
• Assist technicians and respond to customer needs professionally and promptly
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with regulations

• Minimum Grade 12 education
• Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude (experience is an asset)
• Crane experience is an asset, but not required
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 3 is an asset)
• Forklift/telehandler certification is an asset
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage time in a fast‑paced environment
• Physically capable of meeting the demands of the trade
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
