Artificial Turf Installers (Seasonal)

We are a Hardscaping company currently looking for general labourers, team leads, truck and trailer drivers, foremen, and operations managers.

We receive more work than we can handle and are building a team for artificial turf installation. We have the equipment, vehicles and tools; we just need the right people.

What you need to know to apply for this job:

• We work all over the mainland, so you must drive your own vehicle. Public transit has been tried before but usually doesn’t work.
• We mainly work in Langley and Surrey, but travel further out.
• You must be able to move heavy materials between sites. We shovel a lot of dirt, move gravel and rolls of turf.
• Heavy lifting is often done with a mini‑excavator and a skidsteer; we need someone to operate those machines.
• You should be on your feet for most of the day and be physically fit. No previous experience is required for the general labor position; we provide the training and growth path from helper → skilled labor → installer → supervisor → foreman.

We need you to come to work with the right attitude, be respectful to your coworkers, and be on time.
