Join our team in Abbotsford, BC as a Carpentry Supervisor. This full-time position is all about supervising projects, coordinating schedules, and ensuring safety standards are met.
We are hiring a Carpentry Supervisor who can manage both workers and projects effectively. With 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for overseeing activities, requisitioning materials, and maintaining safety regulations. This role requires on-site work; remote options are not available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise carpentry projects and workers

• Coordinate and efficiently schedule work activities

• Enforce strict health and safety regulations

• Establish procedural methods to meet deadlines

• Accurately read and follow blueprints and drawings
Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation is mandatory

• Minimum of 2 years experience in supervisory roles

• Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities

• Must complete tasks on-site with no remote option

• Valid authorization to work in Canada required
