Jardeg Construction is recruiting for a 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice Steamfitter/Pipefitter to join the team at CNRL Wolf Lake near Bonnyville, Alberta. The position will start on September 08 and includes a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation with 11‑hour workdays, 3 fifteen‑minute breaks, and 5% RRSP.

Preference will be given to local candidates. Camp is on the CLAWR and is a dry camp for candidates that live outside the area.

Steamfitters and pipe fitters lay out, assemble, fabricate, maintain, and repair piping systems that carry water, steam, chemicals, or fuel used in heating, cooling, lubricating, and other processes. They also remove and replace worn components, perform general maintenance, and may work on plant shutdowns.

• Follow written and verbal instructions from journeyperson.
• Layout, assemble, fabricate, maintain, and repair piping systems which carry water, steam, chemicals, or fuel used in heating, cooling, lubricating, and other processes.
• Maintain all tools, work area, and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion.
