Position: Lead Hand Landscape Installer Role
West Coast Pro Landscaping Ltd seeks a Lead Hand Landscape Installer. This position focuses on installing retaining walls and interlocking pavers while leading a small team effectively.

As a Lead Hand, your role is pivotal in managing site workflow and overseeing job completion. You will utilize your machinery expertise and be responsible for teaching laborers when the foreman is unavailable. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for this on-site position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew of 2–3 teammates efficiently

• Install retaining walls and interlocking paving stones

• Operate excavators and skid steers for project needs

• Ensure timely completion of tasks and workflow management

• Provide guidance and training to laborers on-site

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of landscape installation experience

• Preferred one year operating heavy machinery

• Valid driver's license is essential

• Independent work capability for part of the day

• Willingness to grow and lead in the company
