In the Mechanic role at Bigfoot, your focus will be on servicing and maintaining cranes and hoists to ensure operational safety. Your strong background in heavy construction equipment will enable you to perform mechanical diagnostics and engage in routine maintenance. You'll also be responsible for collaborating with site teams to ensure everything is ready for installations and servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct troubleshooting and repair on various cranes

• Perform maintenance and servicing on hoisting equipment

• Maintain good working relationships with stakeholders

• Participate in ongoing training for skill development

• Ensure thorough completion of service documentation

Requirements:

• Red Seal, Millwright, or similar certification preferred

• 2–5 years in crane or heavy equipment repair

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with AC/DC motors and electrical systems

• Current Class 5 Driver's license with clean history
