We are seeking experienced Welders to join our dedicated team at Wes Tower Communications. This role requires expertise in various welding methods and reading technical documents. You’ll also be involved in fitting tasks and must adhere to safe work practices throughout your duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weld various metals using industry-standard practices

• Read and interpret technical documents and weld symbols

• Perform fitting tasks with jigs and fixtures

• Follow all safety procedures and protocols

• Check and fit flange/plate/ports and antenna mounts

Requirements:

• Previous fabrication welder experience required

• CWB FCAW Certification or willingness to obtain

• Good physical fitness for manual tasks

• Valid driver's license needed

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
