Install Technician

As an Installation Technician you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality door systems to our customers. You will be responsible for installing a variety of sliding, swinging, and rotating doors, ensuring each project is completed accurately, safely, and to the highest standard.

• Perform service and installation in accordance with manufacturers recommended installation procedures and specifications.
• Document time spent and complete proper documentation detailing job numbers, travel time, and any discrepancies, shortages, or inefficiencies in job‑site conditions.
• Maintain proper truck stock and inventory.
• Maintain company vehicle both in appearance and per vehicle maintenance agreement.
• Interface with customer, end‑user and general contractor in a courteous professional manner at all times.
• Participate in training programs offered and remain AAADM certified.
• Perform all work in a safe manner for prevention of accidents to themselves, co‑workers, contractors on‑site and the general public and property of all concerned.

• Mechanical aptitude with experience in repairing electro‑mechanical devices.
• Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low‑voltage (120v) wiring (access control systems a plus).
• Experience in glazing, storefronts, aluminum frames, and hardware (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• High commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
• Ability to lift, bend, and use power tools effectively.

• Hourly rate/salary range: $25‑$35 per hour, final rate based on education, experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role.

• Must meet the minimum age requirement of 21 due to job‑related responsibilities.
• Must be able to successfully obtain AAADM certification within one (1) year of employment and maintain certification as required.
