We’re looking for two reliable Mechanic Helpers to assist in our asphalt finishing projects. You will perform key tasks such as moving materials, signaling safety measures, and supporting skilled tradespersons. This role is physically demanding and involves a range of activities requiring stability and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate tool and equipment movement on-site

• Help during surveying operations by holding stakes

• Ensure safety by signaling among workers

• Clean assigned work areas and equipment

• Aid tradespersons and other team members as needed

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate required

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Ability to handle weights up to 50 lbs (23 kg)

• Organized and dependable

• Willingness to work under various conditions
