Position: Full-Time Welder

We are seeking a permanent, full-time Welder with 3 to 5 years of experience. Candidates must possess a secondary high school graduation certificate and will operate various welding, cutting, and shaping equipment. This is a hands-on role requiring physical presence on-site with no remote options available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret welding process specifications accurately

• Operate manual and semi-automatic welding equipment

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications

• Examine welds for compliance with standards

• Maintain and repair welding equipment as needed

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant welding experience

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• Ability to handle heavy loads (up to 50 lbs)

• Strong hand-eye coordination and physical endurance

• Own steel-toed safety boots
