Position: Experienced Insulator General Foreperson Role
Looking for a skilled Insulator General Foreperson to join Bird Nason Contracting Group in Abbotsford, BC. Oversee insulation activities and drive project success by leading experienced crews.

In this role, you will be responsible for directing insulation crews while ensuring the safe execution of work scopes across projects. Your experience will guide you in coordinating activities, fostering collaboration between trades, and maintaining project schedules. You will monitor productivity, performance metrics, and ensure that all work adheres to established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide field leadership and mentorship to insulation teams

• Supervise coordination with other trades on-site

• Plan daily work activities to meet project milestones

• Ensure accurate execution of insulation systems

• Conduct safety assessments and enforce compliance

Requirements:

• Valid Journeyperson Insulator Certification required

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in industrial insulation

• Leadership experience on large projects is essential

• Strong understanding of P&IDs and technical drawings

• Ability to perform physical tasks and site activities
