Licensed Diesel Mechanic Position

Join our team as a Licensed Diesel Mechanic, focusing on repairs and maintenance of diesel tractor-trailers. Ensure road safety while delivering top-notch service to our clients.

As a Licensed Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for preventative maintenance and repairs on trailers and trucks for both internal and external customers. Your skills in electrical work, brakes, suspension, and welding will be highly valued. Commitment to safety and adherence to procedures are fundamental in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance on tractor-trailers

• Inspect wheels, brakes, and air systems proactively

• Conduct welding and mechanical repairs as necessary

• Follow all safety measures and utilize appropriate PPE

• Comply with operational procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Red Seal is an asset

• CVIP Certification is a plus

• 2+ years of verifiable mechanic experience

• Proficient with hand and air tools

• Monday to Friday schedule with occasional overtime
