Location: Eagle West Crane & Rigging – Abbotsford

TNT Crane & Rigging Canada Inc.

Eagle West Crane & Rigging a division of TNT Crane & Rigging Canada Inc. is now looking to hire a full time Industrial Mover to join our Abbotsford team.

You will be reporting to the Abbotsford Branch Manager. This position is responsible for:

• Moving heavy, complex machinery
• Competent knowledge of safe rigging practices and regulations
• Working in loud environments
• Ensuring site safety compliance
• Handling logistics of necessary crews and equipment
• Ability to think clearly, react quickly under pressure
• Communicates effectively with Customers, Supervisors, and Millwrights
• Complete any required safety documentation (FLHA; SWP, etc.)

• Minimum 2 years of industrial machine moving experience
• Class 1 driver license as asset
• Crane certification or experience working with cranes and asset
• Millwright experience an asset
• Forklift Certified
• Boom lift and Scissor lift certification an asset
• Assist in Jack and Roll
• Operate Chain Falls
• Proactive in ensuring job knowledge is current
• Ability to readily determine the correct tools and equipment needed to do a job
• Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Customer focused - respond promptly to customer needs
• Receptive to change - can adapt to changing circumstances
• Mechanically inclined
• Must be capable of heavy lifting and working in an industrial environment
• Must be available for evenings and weekends
• Willing to work out of town
