Position: AV Technician with Leadership Role
Sapphire is hiring an AV Technician in Abbotsford to manage and execute complex AV installations while mentoring junior technicians. Focus on quality and technical excellence.

In this role, you will lead AV project execution while ensuring alignment with AVIXA and ITIL standards. Your independence and technical prowess will drive successful project outcomes. Engage with clients and stakeholders to address technical concerns directly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AV installations, managing project execution

• Collaborate with managers for resource and activity management

• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance on installations

• Mentor junior staff on installation and troubleshooting practices

• Provide ongoing technical support post-installation

Requirements:

• 2-5 years in AV industry, with field service experience

• Relevant AV certifications highly regarded

• Strong proficiency in AV system configuration

• Excellent stakeholder management abilities

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and ability to travel
