• Ensure weld quality and pass required inspections
• Perform welding tasks per blueprints and specifications
• Operate tools and equipment safely
• Collaborate efficiently with shopcrew and apprentices
• Mentor apprentices in welding practices

• Valid Journeyperson Welder Certification
• Solid ability in blueprint and isometric reading
• Knowledge of safety protocols
• Ability to lift 50lbs and follow safety practices
