Position: Farm Supervisor for Crop Health Management
Lead farm operations with expertise in crop health as a Farm Supervisor. You will coordinate and supervise workers while ensuring optimal crop welfare under the guidance of the Greenhouse Manager.

In this role, you will oversee general farm workers and harvesting laborers, focusing on maintaining productivity and crop quality. Responsibilities include training staff, monitoring performance, and enforcing compliance with health and safety standards. You'll also establish work schedules and manage logistics in the packing lines for bell peppers and cucumbers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise farm worker activities efficiently

• Monitor crop health and enforce operational procedures

• Train workers in packing and harvesting tasks

• Provide performance reports on staff and tasks

• Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety protocols

Requirements:

• 2 years' relevant farm supervision experience preferred

• Competency in integrated pest management

• Strong ability to train and develop staff

• Detail-oriented with scheduling and reporting skills

• Proficient in safety and health compliance
