What You'll Do

Keep Production Moving

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and implement effective solutions that keep operations running smoothly.

Drive Preventive Maintenance

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
• Identify potential issues before they become production problems.

Operate Safely and Efficiently

• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout and other required maintenance protocols.
• Support the safe operation of plant utilities and related equipment.

Improve How We Work

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment performance and maintenance practices.
• Share knowledge, support teammates, and help strengthen maintenance processes and documentation.

What You'll Bring

• Red Seal Electrician certification (4th Year Apprentices will also be considered).
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Strong electrical diagnostics and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safe work practices and a strong safety record.
• Ability to prioritize work, adapt quickly, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in food manufacturing, automated production systems, Power Engineering, or maintenance management systems is considered an asset.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
