General Labourer

Mainstreet Equity Corporation is a distinguished real estate company that is publicly traded on Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). Its business focus is on acquisition & upgrading of residential properties and managing its own portfolio of almost 19,000 residential apartments in five major cities across Canada.

We are looking for a reliable and physically capable General Labourer to assist our Carpenter with daily tasks, including lifting, moving, and handling materials and equipment. This temporary full-time position is ideal for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable performing physical work.

• Assist the Carpenter with moving, lifting, and organizing materials, tools, and equipment.
• Load and unload materials at job sites.
• Help prepare and maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assist with general labour duties as required.
• Follow safety procedures and instructions from the Carpenter and team.

• Previous general labour, construction, or maintenance experience is an asset.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving heavy items.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
• Willingness to learn and assist with various tasks.
