Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs in residential suites and common areas

• Conduct minor plumbing, carpentry, and drywall work

• Troubleshoot and repair basic appliances

• Respond promptly to work orders and maintenance requests

• Maintain accurate records of completed tasks

Requirements:

• 2 years of handyman or building maintenance experience

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Own basic maintenance tools
