What You Will Do- Perform general landscaping maintenance duties such as lawn maintenance, pruning, leaf cleanup, mulch installation, chemical application, weeding, and more.
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
- Coordinate communication channels with other team members and residents.
- Utilise team software for time tracking, and scheduling.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship, with close attention to detail.
- Follow and advise on effective standard operating procedures.
- Maintain clean and organised commercial sites and workshop.
- Provide weekly progress reports with the leadership team.
- Operate a truck and trailer for transportation to and from job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Knowledge of commercial landscaping scheduling techniques, materials, and equipment.
- High problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address any challenges that may arise in the field.
- Flexible and dependable.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills with team members.
- Proven time management skills to prioritise top quality service.
- Demonstrate a positive and persevering attitude that aligns with and drives our company culture.
- Previous experience in small engine repair and/or maintenance will be compensated appropriately.
- Valid driver’s licence is required.
