In this vital role, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and handle tasks that ensure optimal operation of the plant equipment and systems. This position demands a proactive individual with Red Seal certification, capable of safely performing duties that include welding, troubleshooting, and maintaining cleanliness in the shop area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead installations and maintenance of plant equipment

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and problem solve

• Independently perform welding and fabrication tasks

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the working environment

• Keep an updated inventory of necessary parts

Requirements:

• Red Seal Millwright certification is mandatory

• Minimum 2-5 years manufacturing experience

• Advanced mechanical abilities with welding experience

• Ability to work unsupervised and prioritize tasks

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
