Executive Administrative Assistant

Mayvin is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support a complex Army radar program office effort at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This role ensures smooth daily operations by coordinating meetings and events, managing DTS travel, preparing official correspondence, and reviewing documentation for leadership.

This position is contingent upon award.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have an active Secret Clearance.

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, ceremonies, office calls, and organizational events to support senior leadership
• Manage travel arrangements through the Defense Travel System (DTS), ensuring timely and accurate itineraries, authorizations, and vouchers
• Prepare and review official correspondence, certificates, and briefing materials, ensuring compliance with AR 25-50 formatting standards
• Receive, track, and quality-check read ahead packets and supporting documents for the Product Manager (PdM)
• Maintain office records, files, and security access requests in accordance with Army policies and established procedures
• Provide administrative support during conferences, visits, and special events, ensuring logistics are coordinated and executed smoothly
