We currently have the following opportunity available:

The position supports the service field service and the radiation protection officer in the A-CH region with administrative tasks.

In addition, the position supports sales in the DACH region to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient internal processes. This includes acting as the first point of contact for sales and service inquiries.

The position ensures data integrity, coordinates collaboration with logistics and finance teams, and manages supplier integration and invoicing.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

Service Support:

  • Supporting the service field service with administrative tasks, including contract management, calibration of service tools, deployment planning.
  • Creating offers and processing tenders in collaboration with sales and service management.
  • Supporting the radiation protection officer in Austria and Switzerland with administrative tasks, including correspondence with authorities.
  • Maintaining important information in our customer management system in coordination with other functional areas.

Sales Support:

  • Collaborating with logistics and order processing teams to ensure shipping deadlines are correct.
  • Setting up new suppliers as needed and processing supplier orders and invoices.
  • Working with the finance team to ensure the accuracy of invoices.
  • Coordinating customer training requirements, including support for course registrations, customer travel, and reimbursement of travel expenses.
  • Processing and managing low-value orders/projects.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements that increase customer satisfaction when interacting with Elekta's sales teams.

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in business studies.
  • Initial work experience in a coordinating, supporting, or administrative role.
  • Good IT skills and confident use of MS Office.
  • Very good German language skills and ideally also good English language skills in speech and writing.
  • Structured and conscientious working method.
  • Communicative and helpful team player with a strong customer orientation.
  • Interest and curiosity to independently acquire knowledge.
