We are an event, hotel, and gastronomy location in the heart of the Hannover region, by the beautiful Steinhuder Meer. For over 30 years, we have successfully operated hotels and are now starting a vacation rental service in the Steinhuder Meer region.

We are looking for you to join our team at our 3 boutique hotels with 35 rooms in Steihude and our vacation rental service. • Reception and guest care
• Check-in and check-out as well as billing
• Processing reservations and inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms
• Advising guests on offers, attractions, and services
• Cash handling and settlement
• Coordination with housekeeping and other departments
• Processing guest requests and complaints
• General administrative tasks

• Experience at the reception or in a comparable position is advantageous
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Organizational skills and resilience
• Very good German and English language skills, other languages are a plus
• Secure handling of hotel software and MS Office
• Service orientation and team capability

• A 5-day workweek with a 40-hour full-time position
