The Program Analyst I supports Government programs by providing analytical, financial, and contractual oversight to ensure successful execution of contract requirements. This role supports program leadership in procurement planning, contract deliverable management, financial tracking, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate has experience in federal contracting environments and demonstrates strong proficiency in Costpoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Key Responsibilities Program & Contract Support- Support program execution in accordance with contract requirements and Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Assist in development and maintenance of the Contract Deliverables Requirements List (CDRL) and associated schedules.
- Monitor, track, and coordinate preparation and timely submission of contract deliverables.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, formatting, and compliance standards prior to submission.
- Maintain accurate program documentation and records in accordance with company and Government requirements.
- Assist with procurement planning activities, including development of purchase requisitions and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (contracts, finance, technical teams) to ensure timely procurement actions.
- Track subcontractor/vendor performance and deliverables as required.
- Support proposal inputs and follow‑on task planning efforts as needed.
- Utilize Deltek Costpoint to input purchase requisitions and monitor costs.
- Support monthly financial reviews, variance analysis, and forecasting activities.
- Assist in preparing program reports and briefings for leadership.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and Government regulations.
- Develop and maintain program status reports, trackers, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel
. - Prepare correspondence, reports, and formal documentation using Microsoft Word
. - Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and analysis.
- Assist with risk identification, tracking, and mitigation documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–7 years of experience supporting Government contracts or programs.
- Demonstrated experience with Deltek Costpoint
. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word (formal reports, document formatting).
- Experience supporting procurement planning and contract deliverable tracking.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting DoD or Federal civilian agencies.
- Familiarity with FAR/DFARS regulations.
- Experience supporting CDRL development and tracking.
