As one of A&M's core competencies, the CTS team advises clients in improving profitability targets and leading clients out of strategic and operational crisis situations in a sustainable manner. Within CTS, the EMEA Team focuses on delivering top- and bottom-line impact across aerospace & defence, automotive, industrial products, chemicals, and energy. Our team combines industry expertise with strategic insight, advising or stepping into interim leadership roles to implement performance improvements that stick.

As part of the CTS team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects:

• Development and implementation of pioneering transformation concepts
• Supporting clients in transformation and turnaround projects (rapid results)
• International projects focused on strategy, corporate structure or company-wide efficiency improvements

We welcome candidates with the following qualifications:

• Excellent academic credentials (Master's degree or higher);
• Previous exposure to such areas as operational restructuring, turnaround management, post-merger integration, carve-outs, business transformation and/or performance improvement;
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in a leading restructuring, strategy or management consulting firm;
• Having practical industry experience beyond consultancy is regarded as a valuable asset;
• Well-developed communication skills & the ability to work with diverse and complex stakeholder groups;
• Finance knowledge with experience of building or working with integrated financial models and willingness to develop these skills further;
• An impact-focused mindset with a collaborative and engaging personality;
• Native speaker or business fluent German and English, other foreign languages are of advantage.
