They are looking for a highly driven and passionate Senior Client Relations Manager to join their team and work closely with their FMCG industry lead. You will act as a trusted advisor to their customers regarding the importance and potential of market research, innovation, and consumer centricity. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with companies in the FMCG sector.

You will showcase the potential of their capabilities and develop a mutually beneficial commercial framework with stakeholders in the FMCG industry.

What you'll be doing:

  • You will drive growth by developing and owning the growth strategy for your FMCG categories, you will work on the end to end sales funnel acquiring new customers and coaching them on market research solutions using their platform.
  • You will build relationships and represent the company to marketing and insights leaders, creating trust and building a strong network within the FMCG industry
  • You will expand reach by representing the company at trade fairs and speaking events, leveraging and growing your professional connections to drive business growth
  • You will create opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to strengthen their position as a leading research firm in FMCG
  • You will understand the market and act as the voice of customers, addressing their needs, monitoring competitors, and identifying growth opportunities
  • You will collaborate and work closely with Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure client success and maximise growth opportunities
  • You will lead with expertise and become a trusted thought leader, helping brands grow and making market research more accessible in the FMCG industry
