BeMore Staffing is seeking a highly motivated Tax Credit Leasing Consultant to join our Real Estate/Property Management team in Aberdeen, MD. The role focuses on certifications, compliance, and income recertifications for Project-Based Section 8 and federally assisted properties.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a tax credit or HUD leasing role, strong knowledge of LIHTC and HUD regulations, and proficiency with Yardi or One Site. Excellent communication and multitasking are essential.
