For our Planning Excellence team, we are looking for an experienced partner who, together with us, will make our customers fit for the future. What you can expect in your role includes:

• Developing our presence in the area of supply chain management together with the leadership team
• Managing teams of supply chain consultants, bringing innovative topics, e.g. with a focus on digitalization, forward and supporting the expansion of our subject matter expertise
• Designing tailored service offerings in supply chain management questions for our customers
• Driving business development activities and using your broad SCM network to tap into new market potentials and bring our offer into the focus of new customers, especially in the DACH market
• Leading sales activities along the entire sales cycle, representing our portfolio of offers and creating individual proposals that show our customers how we can help them
• Leading large customer projects and taking on a key role in solving strategic challenges in the areas of supply chain transformation, operational excellence, digital SCM, and sales & operations planning, e.g. in the development of planning processes or a target operating model and communicating at C-level

We are looking for people who:

• Have a completed diploma/master's degree, e.g. in business administration, economics, and/or engineering
• Are experts in supply chain transformations and can passionately translate their knowledge into solutions for our customers
• Have successfully and sustainably led complex supply chain transformation projects in their many years of consulting experience – software knowledge is an advantage but not a requirement. Experience in implementing SAP S/4
  
  HANA and SAP IBP is of particular interest. We also frequently have contact points with other providers such as Kinaxis, o9, and OMP. We also want to further develop our offer portfolio here.
• Excel in analysis and are excellent process and project managers
• Are passionate about business development and recognize and utilize market potentials
• Are authentic and understand how to build trusting relationships and communicate respectfully on all hierarchy levels
• Are true people leaders and lead, coach, and develop an engaged, passionate team
• Can communicate convincingly and confidently in both German and English
