Site Superintendent

Position Summary

The Site Superintendent is responsible for daily onsite construction operations, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contract requirements. This role directs field personnel and coordinates subcontractor activities to meet project schedules and quality standards.

• Supervise daily field operations and onsite personnel.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Conduct daily site inspections and monitor work progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements including EM 385-1-1.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure work meets contract requirements.
• Coordinate inspections with Quality Control and Government representatives.
• Manage site logistics, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct daily briefings and toolbox talks.
• Identify and resolve field issues and conflicts.
  
  Support emergency and contingency operations as required.

• Minimum 8 years of construction experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience on federal or USACE construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and sequencing.
• OSHA 30 certification required.

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and climbing.
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and active construction environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• USACE project experience.
• Experience managing multi-discipline construction projects.
• EM 385 familiarity.
