• Organization and control of construction processes in the steel construction area in overhead line construction in close cooperation with the project management and senior technicians
• Coordination and supervision of third-party services, subcontractors, and material deliveries for steel construction and mast assembly projects
• Ensuring construction progress in compliance with schedules, quality standards, and occupational health and safety regulations on construction sites
• Technical leadership of the construction site team as well as planning and coordination of the use of technical equipment and machinery
• Responsibility for the complete documentation of all construction activities, including plans, progress reports, and construction site protocols
• Ensuring compliance with customer requirements as well as an economical and smooth project execution
• Support in budget control, resource planning, and project management in collaboration with project management and project clerks
• Participation in project-related special tasks, such as request for proposals, price indices, and other project-supporting activities

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification, such as a master's degree or technician
• Professional experience in steel construction, structural engineering, overhead line construction, or comparable areas such as infrastructure, plant, or industrial construction
• Knowledge in the field of steel constructions, steel construction, assembly processes, and construction site coordination is an advantage
• Proven technical understanding as well as an independent, structured, and responsible working method
• High safety awareness and understanding of occupational health and safety regulations in the construction site environment
• Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and confident demeanor in dealing with customers, subcontractors, and project participants
• Willingness to be on the road up to 80% of the time due to project requirements; driver's license class B
• Fluent German language skills in speech and writing
