Position Title: Dev Sec Ops (DSO) Engineer
Location: Aberdeen, MD
Reports To: Team Lead / Program Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI (able to process, US citizenship is a must)
Summary:
Luf Co is hiring a Dev Sec Ops Engineer to join a small team environment supporting the Army. This position is at our Aberdeen, MD location.
The DSO will work in a small, agile team to provide the development environment and improvements to a GPU based wideband spectrum analysis library for military and government RF sensing systems.
Key Responsibilities- Work with the Development, Engineering, Architecture, and Testing teams to define the set of tools and processes for the continuous delivery pipeline.
- Collaborate with the Security Lead to ensure that the tools are compliant with security requirements and to streamline the ATO process from a tools and technical process perspective.
- Assist the Testing Lead to automate testing where possible.
- Collaborate with the Operations Lead to ensure that the CI/CD processes align with operational requirements.
- Utilize IaC to design and deploy secure, compliant architecture.
Education:
- B.S. degree in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline.
Experience:
- 5+ years experience as a DSO Engineer.
- 5+ years experience with agile development.
- 2+ years of AWS experience.
Skills:
- Experience with systems administration, user management, group policy management.
- Building, securing, and maintaining Linux and Windows based images for use in DoD compliant systems.
- Containerized application management i.e. Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Standard office environment with occasional requirements to visit client sites, labs, or field environments.

- Competitive Pay:
Annual salary ranges from $120,000 to $160,000. Salaries depend on labor category, years of experience, education, skills relevant to the position, and type of contract. - Benefits:
