The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Chemical Biological Center (CBC), a subordinate entity of the U.S. Army Futures Command (AFC), is dedicated to advancing research, development, and life‑cycle engineering support for defensive systems. The Contract Program Manager (CPM) is responsible for overseeing and managing technical programs. The CPM requires a background in research, development, testing, or evaluation (RDT&E) and managing complex technical projects to ensure they align with organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives.
