Aircraft Manager
In order to support the ACM Secondment Team in Hamburg, Airbus Commercial is looking for an Aircraft Manager. The position located in Hamburg-Finkenwerder and is part of the ACM Secondment Team within Airbus Commercial Aircraft. The position combines technical understanding, stakeholder management and production-related activities in an international environment.
Hamburg-Finkenwerder is one of Airbus' most important production sites and a central hub for commercial aircraft manufacturing. Located directly on the Elbe River, the site offers a dynamic international working environment where engineering, production and innovation come together to shape the future of aviation.

Your tasks and responsibilities
- Act as a key interface between Engineering, Production, Procurement and other business stakeholders throughout the aircraft manufacturing process
- Coordinate and monitor activities to ensure smooth aircraft delivery and operational performance
- Support production teams in resolving technical and operational issues within the cabin and aircraft environment
- Manage and coordinate stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure alignment on project objectives and priorities
- Monitor risks, identify potential bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions when required
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production and operational environment
- Support planning, tracking and execution of aircraft-related activities to meet quality, cost and delivery targets
- Prepare and present status updates to internal stakeholders and management teams
- Ensure compliance with Airbus processes, procedures and quality standards
- Work closely with international teams in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
Desired skills and qualifications
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a comparable technical field
- 3 years of professional experience in production-related or operational environments is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP system
- Confident working in cross-functional and international teams
- Fluent in German and English (both mandatory), French language skills are considered a plus
