Job Title

This position involves mechanical training and ideally experience in the aviation industry with engines. Fluency in German and English is required. The role demands flexibility, responsibility, teamwork, and willingness to work shifts.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Retrofitting and integrating new subsystems into existing engines
• Pre-assembly of assemblies and components according to technical specifications
• Installation of additional assemblies (e.g., sensors, wiring, control and regulation components)
• Laying and connecting cables, lines, and supply systems
• Integration of new components into existing engine structures
• Performing fit and function tests of newly installed subsystems
• Coordination of installation measures according to technical drawings and construction documents
• Application of prescribed assembly, fastening, and sealing techniques
• Careful documentation of performed retrofits and installations
• Ensuring compliance with aviation standards and safety, quality, labor, environmental, and health protection regulations
