Job Description

As an Antitrust Compliance Specialist, you will support the Head of Corporate Compliance in the antitrust area. You will actively drive the development of the group-wide antitrust compliance program and create binding standards, guidelines, and tailored training formats. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions for various target groups within the company.

Furthermore, you will accompany the design and implementation of antitrust measures and work closely with the legal department, relevant business units, central functions, as well as internal and external specialists.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Active participation in the development and continuous improvement of Continental's compliance program, particularly in the area of antitrust law
  • Identification of improvement potentials in the (antitrust) compliance program through active communication with the regions
  • Continuous development of the concept for association activities; central contact person for questions from all stakeholders
  • Ongoing improvement of the global antitrust risk analysis; point of contact for antitrust questions from all stakeholders
  • Creation, review, and update of group policies and guidelines on antitrust law
  • Management of the introduction of global antitrust initiatives
  • Development of content for antitrust training and other prevention measures in close coordination with the relevant unit
  • Conducting antitrust training for all business areas and group functions of Continental
  • Development and implementation of further risk minimization measures such as internal controls and monitoring mechanisms
  • Management of lessons-learned projects and continuous adaptation of the efficiency of the antitrust CMS
  • Active monitoring of regulatory changes, best practices, as well as industry and compliance trends
  • Development and maintenance of a concept for knowledge exchange in the area of antitrust law to ensure that materials are relevant and up-to-date
Qualifications
  • Completed studies in legal sciences or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in antitrust law/compliance in an international company, law firm, or audit company is advantageous
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent German and English in speech and writing; further language skills are an advantage
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as a strong team orientation
  • High intercultural competence
  • Willingness to travel
