- develop, maintain, and optimize work plans, parts lists, routings, and capacity plans
- define manufacturing processes, standard times, cycle times, and conduct time studies
- identify bottlenecks, lead countermeasures, and support industrialization
- implement change requests and document changes in a traceable manner
- communicate results to stakeholders and monitor relevant key figures (OEE, throughput time)
You...
- have a completed degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a comparable field
- have experience in work planning in an industrial environment, ideally in the aerospace industry
- bring solid knowledge in manufacturing processes, production planning, and control
- are team-oriented and communicative
- have good communication skills in German and English
