The position is to be filled in part-time (20–25 hours per week) and offers a high degree of flexibility.
Your Role:As a QHSSE Manager, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our quality, health, safety, security, and environment management systems. You will ensure that all internal and legal requirements are met and support our teams in achieving the highest standards sustainably.
Your Tasks:Building, maintaining, and developing the QHSSE management system Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines Conducting audits (internal and external) and accompanying certifications (e.g., ISO) Analyzing risks, deriving measures, and implementing them Training and sensitizing employees on QHSSE topics Investigating incidents and implementing preventive measures Creating reports, KPIs, and documentations Close cooperation with management and operational teams for continuous improvement
Your Profile:Completed studies in environmental management, safety engineering, logistics, or a comparable field Several years of experience in the QHSE/QHSSE area, ideally in the logistics or transport industry Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) Very good German and English skills Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working method Confident use of MS Office and ideally QHSE tools Strong communication skills and assertiveness combined with team capability
