Responsibilities:Central contact for our customers within the assigned area for service-related topics in all product areas
Independent, proactive work through digital monitoring and supervision of assigned systems.
Resolution of technical problems with radiation therapy devices with the help of telephone consultation, remote maintenance, or on-site at the customer
Independent planning and execution of installation, maintenance, and repair work within the assigned product area and region.
Systematic, targeted planning of the work steps to be performed, taking into account the overall system interdependencies.
Willingness to travel to other locations if business operations require it.
If required, assume duties and responsibilities as radiation protection officer of Elekta GmbH in accordance with StrlSchG.
Continuous information exchange with service and sales management on current topics or problems that could affect customer satisfaction.
Active promotion of customer satisfaction through professional, sales-promoting behavior and conduct.
Compliance with applicable regulations when performing work (e.g., StrlSchG, MPG, IEC, UVV).
Documentation of support activities in accordance with Elekta's guidelines and procedures.
Internal sharing of information to improve the quality of systems installed by us.
Due to the activity in the healthcare sector, the institution-related vaccination obligation applies to this position in accordance with the Infection Protection Act (IfSG).
Completed study in a field related to engineering or natural sciences, but at least a completed training as a state-certified technician.
Good knowledge in the field of IT/network technology
Ideally experience in medical imaging, linear accelerators, and/or clinical application of radiation therapy products
Desirable knowledge in the field of dosimetry
Very good German and good English language skills in speech and writing
Profound analytical skills with an excellent sense for dynamically changing situations and priorities
Interest and curiosity to independently acquire knowledge.
Communication skills and great enjoyment in contact with people
High degree of self-organization, team capability, and personal responsibility
Extraordinary motivation and flexibility
High willingness to travel and valid driver's license class B
