GOLDBECK Services combines the service activities in the company group. GOLDBECK Technical Solutions provides solutions for the real estate industry to meet the demand for retrofit/extension solutions in existing buildings.

• Development of energy-efficient, systematic, and economical concepts in electrical engineering for individual retrofit/extension solutions
• Expert consultation, technical clarification, and optimization up to the final commissioning of the technical system in the building
• Cost estimation based on concept/contract planning
• Concept/contract and execution planning
• Creation of performance specifications and tenders as well as support in the assignment to subcontractors

• Completed studies in the field of electrical or energy engineering or comparable training (master, technician with professional experience)
• Professional experience in the planning of building technical systems
• Enthusiasm for designing energy-efficient, systematic, and economical solutions in building technology
• Independent and structured working method as well as creativity and enjoyment of interdisciplinary team success
