Your tasks:

• You advise our private clients as needed via digital media (telephone, video consultation, chat, co-browsing) on topics such as accounts, services, digitalization, and actively open up the entire standardized product range on topics such as investment, savings, and private loans.
• You confidently use digital media in consulting.

Your skills and experience:

• You have a banking training or comparable qualification.
• You have good knowledge of the product range for private customers.
• You possess sales skills and enjoy contact with our clients.
• You have an open and communicative personality, who likes to work in teams.
• You have a high willingness to learn and motivation to continuously develop your know-how.
• You are proficient in using PCs and software applications.
