Internship in Wealth Management Growth

Support our Growth Team in Hamburg ideally starting in September 2026 as an intern in the Wealth Management Growth area. What tasks await you?

• Identification and initial contact of potential clients (start-ups, medium-sized family-owned businesses, foundations, and publicly traded companies) within the framework of acquisition
• Shared responsibility for the coordination and further development of acquisition activities in Wealth Management including systematic new customer process strategy
• Systematic market and transaction observation to identify relevant trends and lead potentials
• Preparation, maintenance, and use of market and customer data for professional lead generation in the data systems
• Support of market presence through organization of events, preparation of cross-departmental coordination, and creation of marketing and corporate documents

Who are we looking for?

• Completed studies or advanced training in economics, finance, or a comparable field
• First relevant experience in Wealth Management or in customer acquisition (e.g., through internships, projects) or a strong interest in this environment
• Very good communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to prepare complex issues in an addressee-appropriate manner
• Deep understanding of the target group of entrepreneurs, founders, and Next Gen combined with analytical strength in evaluating market and company data
• Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) as well as high motivation, initiative, and resilience in a dynamic environment
